General Info

Orders will ship out in 7 - 10 business days after your order is placed, depending on the size or amount of items ordered.

PLEASE BE MINDFUL ABOUT TRACKING YOUR ORDERS ONCE SHIPPED. Arrange to be home or have someone else bring your packaged candle indoors. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR STOLEN PACKAGES. Once an item has been marked/scanned as DELIVERED, our obligation has been fulfilled. It is the responsibility of the customer get the package in a timely manner once delivered and/or arrange for someone else to do so.

Weather Notice

DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS: The heat is not ideal for Deliciously Lit’s straight pour soy & wickless dessert candles & wax melts. Please bring your order in from the heat as soon as it arrives. Allow your package to cool to a comfortable room temperature before opening. Please consider that wax melts/candles may get soft or melt during transit. This is unavoidable during the summer months. All products may be affected by the heat in some way.

Refund/Exchange & Shipping Policy

Orders are processed in the order they are received. Orders cannot be changed once processed. If the order has not been filled yet, you may request that we cancel it completely, and then you may create a new order. Once shipped, Deliciously Lit cannot change or cancel an order. Please review all order details carefully before finalizing.

Deliciously Lit is not responsible for melted shipments. Dessert candles could possibly melt when exposed to extremely warm temperatures. Deliciously Lit does not offer refunds or replacements of melted products.
We try to the best of our ability to get your items to you safely, but please know that we have no control over how the carriers will handle your items during transit.
